Bahan Membuat Ayam Katsu :
- 200g dada ayam tanpa kulit (2 bh)
- 1 bks Sajiku® Tepung Bumbu
- 25 ml air es
- Minyak goreng secukupnya.
Bahan Pelengkap:
- Mayumi® Pedas
- Irisan wortel
- Lobak secukupnya
Langkah Membuat Ayam Katsu :
Buat adonan kering: Masukkan 1 bks Sajiku® Tepung Bumbu.
Buat adonan basah: Masukkan air dan 4 sdm tepung bumbu di wadah terpisah, aduk rata.
Masukkan ayam ke adonan basah, gulingkan ke adonan kering, remas sebentar, ketukkan.
Langsung goreng daging di minyak panas hingga kuning keemasan, angkat, sajikan dengan pelengkap.
