Bahan Membuat Ayam Kung Pao :
- 2 bh Dada ayam fillet
- 4 bh Cabai kering
- 2 btg Daun bawang
- 1 bh Bawang bombay
- 1 bh Paprika
- 40 g Kacang mete goreng
- 6 sdm SAORI® Saus Tiram (3 sdm untuk membalur ayam, 3 sdm untuk menumis)
- 1 sdm Gula merah
- 50 ml Air
- Minyak goreng secukupnya
Langkah Membuat Ayam Kung Pao :
Potong potong cabai kering, daun bawang, dan bawang bombay. Potong segitiga paprika. Potong dadu dada ayam.
Balur ayam dengan SAORI® Saus Tiram, ratakan. Diamkan ± 10 menit. Goreng ayam ± 30 detik , angkat, sisihkan.
Tumis cabai kering, daun bawang, bawang bombay, dan paprika hingga harum. Tambahkan gula merah, air, dan SAORI® Saus Tiram.
Masukkan ayam goreng, masak hingga matang, angkat, taburkan kacang mete, sajikan.
