Bahan Membuat Daging Bumbu Manis :
500 g daging has dalam, potong dadu 3 cm
½ butir kelapa parut, sangrai
120 ml
1 sdm air asam jawa
200 ml air
3 sdm minyak untuk menumis
8 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
3 buah cabai merah
1 sdm ketumbar butiran
½ sdt merica putih bubuk
1 sdt jintan
1 sdt garam
Langkah Membuat Daging Bumbu Manis :
Aduk rata daging, bumbu halus, kelapa sangrai, Bango Kecap Manis, dan air asam jawa. Diamkan selama 30 menit, sisihkan.
Setelah dimarinasi, tumis daging di atas wajan dengan api sedang. Masak hingga warnanya berubah.
Masukkan air dan aduk rata.
Setelah daging matang, empuk, dan air menyust, angkat dan sajikan.
