Waktu Memasak : 40 menit
Bahan Membuat Batagor Daging :
3 siung bawang putih (cincang halus)
200 gram daging giling
1 bungkus Kobe Tepung Bumbu Putih (75 gr)
100 ml air
1 sendok makan daun bawang
1 sendok makan daun seledri
20 buah kulit pangsit
minyak goreng secukupnya (untuk menggoreng)
1 bungkus BonCabe level 15, rasa Original (7gr)
Langkah Membuat Batagor Daging :
Tumis bawang putih sampai harum. Masukkan daging, masak sampai berubah warna.
Tuang campuran 4 sendok makan Kobe Tepung Bumbu Putih dan air sebagai pengental. Aduk rata.
Masak hingga matang dan mengental. Masukkan daun bawang dan daun seledri.
Setelah adonan matang, ambil 1 lembar kulit pangsit. Isi dengan adonan.
Goreng dalam minyak panas sampai berwarna kuning keemasan.
Batagor Daging siap disajikan selagi hangat dengan taburan BonCabe.
