Bahan Membuat Daging Empal :
7 ons daging sapi
2 sdm asam
2 sdm gula jawa
2 merica secukupnya
2 minyak goreng secukupnya
2 bawang goreng untuk taburan
4 siung bawang merah
2 siung bawang putih
2 sdt ketumbar bubuk
½ sdt jintan
2 sdm
2 santan secukupnya
2 garam secukupnya
Langkah Membuat Daging Empal :
Rebus daging sapi agak lama sampai kuahnya mengental.
Iris tipis daging sapi dan di pukul-pukul/memarkan.
Larutkan asam dan gula jawa dengan sedikit air rebusan daging.
Rebus bersama semua bumbu- bumbu beserta Bango Kecap Manis sampai airnya kering, angkat daging dan goreng dengan minyak
Sajikan selagi hangat.
