1/2 sdt jinten
2 sdm kecap Bango
santan secukupnya
Garam secukupnya
Langkah Membuat Daging Empal :
Rebus daging sapi agak lama sampai kuahnya mengental.
Iris tipis daging sapi dan di pukul-pukul/ memarkan.
Larutkan asam dan gula jawa dengan sedikit air rebusan daging.
Rebus bersama semua bumbu- bumbu beserta kecap manis Bango sampai airnya kering, angkat daging dan goreng dengan minyak
