Bahan Membuat Daging Kambing Masak Lada Hitam :
350 g daging kambing
5 sdm nanas parut
½ buah paprika merah, potong kotak
½ buah paprika hijau
1 buah bawang bombay
4 siung bawang putih, memarkan
1 cm jahe, cincang
3 sdm
1 sdt merica hitam, gerus kasar
½ sdt merica hitam bubuk
1 sdm saus tiram
1 sdm minyak wijen
1 sdm tepung maizena
1 sdm margarin
1 sdm kecap asin
1 sdt gula pasir
½ sdt garam
50 ml air
Langkah Membuat Daging Kambing Masak Lada Hitam :
Lumuri daging kambing dengan parutan nanas. Diamkan selama beberapa saat.
Aduk rata daging kambing dengan tepung maizena dan garam.
Tumis bawang putih dan jahe hingga harum lalu masukkan daging kambing, tumis hingga berubah warna.
Tambahkan bawang bombay, saus tiram, gula, kecap asin, Bango Kecap Manis, minyak wijen, merica hitam halus.
Tambahkan air, masak hingga matang, lalu masukkan paprika dan minyak wijen. Tumis hingga paprika matang lau tambahkan lada hitam kasar.
Sajikan hangat.
