Bahan Membuat Daging Kambing Masak Santan :
500 g daging kambing has dalam, potong tipis
250 g kentang, potong dadu
1 gelas santan kental
1 L santan cair
3 cm kayu manis
3 sdm
1 sdt cuka
6 butir bawang merah
2 siung bawang putih
10 butir cabai rawit hijau
½ ruas jari jahe
2 sdt garam
1 sdt merica putih bubuk
Langkah Membuat Daging Kambing Masak Santan :
Marinasi daging dengan bumbu halus, Bango Kecap Manis, dan cuka hingga rata. Diamkan 10 menit.
Rebus santan encer hingga mendidih, masukkan daging. Rebus hingga hampir lunak lalu masukkan kentang dan masak hingga matang.
Masukkan santan kental, aduk sesekali agar santan tidak pecah. Lakukan hingga kuah agak mengental.
Sajikan kambing dengan tambahan bawang goreng.
