Bahan Membuat Daging Kambing Masak Wijen :
500 gram daging lulur atau daging kambing bagian has
1 butir bawang bombay, potong panjang
4 cabe merah besar/ 4 cabe hijau besar, potong serong
1 potong nanas, potong serong
1 sendok makan wijen yang sudah disangrai
2 sendok makan margarin
Bumbu perendam
4 sendok makan kecap manis Bango
5 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
1 sendok teh garam
1/2 sendok teh lada
2 cm jahe, parut
1 sendok teh gula pasir
1/2 sendok teh pala
3 sendok makan air nanas
Langkah Membuat Daging Kambing Masak Wijen :
Potong daging kambing tipis lalu dengan bahan perendam selama 1 jam.
Panaskan margarin, lalu masak daging kambing hingga berubah warna dan tidak berair.
Tambahkan bawang bombay dan cabe, masak hingga matang. Lalu tambahkan potongan nanas, masak sebentar saja.
Angkat, taburkan wijen dan sajikan dengan acar ketimun.
Untuk 6 - 8 orang
