Resep Empal Krawu Masako Dapur Umami

Waktu Memasak : 30 Menit
Bahan Membuat Empal Krawu :
- 150 gr Daging Sapi Rebus Suwir
- 6 siung Bawang Merah
- 3 siung Bawang Putih
- 2 lbr Daun Salam
- 4 ruas Laos
- ½ sdm Ketumbar
- ¼ sdt Jinten
- 2 bh Kemiri
- 30 gr Gula Merah
- ½ bks Masako® Rasa Sapi 11gr
- 3 sdm Minyak Goreng
- 150 ml Air
Bahan Memasak:
Nasi, Serundeng dan Sambal Terasi
Langkah Membuat Empal Krawu :
Bumbu halus: Masukkan bawang merah, bawang putih, ketumbar, jinten, kemiri, gula merah, 5 sdm air, haluskan.
Panaskan minyak goreng, masukkan bumbu halus , daun salam, laos, aduk hingga harum.
Masukkan sisa air, daging suwir dan Masako® Rasa Sapi, aduk rata, masak hingga matang dan air menyusut.
Angkat sajikan bersama pelengkap nasi, serundeng dan sambal terasi.
