Waktu Memasak : 40 menit
Bahan Membuat Kerang Goreng Crispy :
300 gr kerang hijau bersih
1 sendok makan air asam jawa dari 1/2 sdt asam jawa dan 2 sendok makan air, dilarutkan.
minyak goreng secukupnya
3 bungkus Kobe Kentucky SuperCrispy
170 ml air
1/2 sendok makan daun ketumbar, cincang halus
Langkah Membuat Kerang Goreng Crispy :
Lumuri kerang hijau dengan air asam jawa. Diamkan selama 15 menit. Tiriskan dan peras airnya.
Siapkan wadah lalu tuangkan 2 bungkus Kobe SuperCrispy, air dan daun ketumbar. Aduk rata.
Masukkan kerang hijau yang sudah direndam ke dalam adonan basah. Setelah itu, baluri dengan tepung kering Kobe SuperCrispy.
Goreng dalam minyak yang dipanaskan di atas api sedang sampai matang dan kering. Angkat.
Kerang crispy siap disajikan.
