Bahan Membuat Sate Kerang Pedas :
5 sendok makan minyak goreng
250 gram kerang dara segar (kupas, cuci bersih)
1 sachet Saus Tiram Selera
1 sachet BonCabe level 15, rasa Original (7gr)
300 ml air
8 buah tusuk sate
Langkah Membuat Sate Kerang Pedas :
Panaskan minyak. Goreng kerang hingga berubah warna.
Masukkan Saus Tiram Selera, BonCabe level 15 dan air. Masak hingga matang dan air asat. Angkat, dinginkan.
Tusuk kerang dengan tusuk sate. Bakar sambil diolesi sisa bumbu.
Sajikan Sate Kerang Pedas selagi hangat.
