Waktu Memasak : 30 menit
Bahan Membuat Kerang Saus Tiram :
4 sendok makan minyak goreng
1 siung bawang bombay (iris memanjang)
2 lembar daun salam
2 lembar daun jeruk
1 ruas jari jahe
1 sachet Saus Tiram Selera
250 gr kerang hijau tanpa cangkang (cuci bersih, sisihkan)
1 bungkus Boncabe level 15, rasa Original (7gr)
Langkah Membuat Kerang Saus Tiram :
Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bawang bombay, daun salam dan daun jeruk. Tambahkan jahe. Aduk rata.
Masukkan kerang, Saus Tiram Selera dan air. Aduk rata dan masak hingga kerang empuk dan bumbu meresap.
Angkat dan Kerang Saus Tiram siap disajikan dengan taburan Boncabe level 1
