Bahan Membuat Sate Kerang :
- 2 ruas kunyit
- 2 ruas jahe
- 4 btr bawang merah
- 3 siung bawang putih
- 4 btr kemiri
- 4 bh cabai merah
- Minyak goreng untuk menumis
- 1 ruas lengkuas, dimemarkan
- 1 lbr daun salam
- 500 ml santan kental (dari 1/2 btr kelapa)
- 1 1/2 kg kerang merah/hijau, rebus agak matang
- 15 tusuk sate
- Masako® Rasa Ayam secukupnya
Langkah Membuat Sate Kerang :
Haluskan kunyit, jahe, bawang merah, bawang putih, kemiri dan cabai merah, lalu panaskan minyak. Tumis bumbu yang telah dihaluskan sampai harum. Masukkan lengkuas, daun salam, Masako® Rasa Ayam dan santan, aduk-aduk hingga mendidih.
Masukkan daging kerang ke dalam tumisan bersantan dan masak sampai air berkurang hingga tinggal sedikit, dinginkan.
Tusuk kerang dengan tusuk sate, satu tusuk berisi 6 - 7 buah kerang.
Susun sate di atas panggangan, taruh di atas kompor dengan api kecil, dibalik-balik hingga kering, sesekali sambil diolesi sisa bumbu
