Bahan Membuat Opor Ayam Jamur :
400 g paha ayam tanpa tulang, potong kotak
100 g jamur merang, belah 2 bagian
1 lembar daun salam
1 cm lengkuas, memarkan
1 cm jahe, memarkan
1 batang serai, memarkan
2 sdm
½ sdt garam
¼ sdt merica putih bubuk
450 ml santan encer, dari sisa perasan santan kental
150 ml santan kental, dari 1 butir kelapa
2 sdm minyak, untuk menumis
2 butir kemiri, sangrai
1 sdt ketumbar, sangrai
8 butir bawang merah
2 siung bawang putih
⅛ sdt jintan
Langkah Membuat Opor Ayam Jamur :
Tumis bumbu halus, daun salam, lengkuas, jahe, dan serai sampai harum.
Tambahkan ayam, aduk sampai berubah warna. Tambahkan jamur, aduk rata.
Tuangkan santan encer, aduk rata. Masukkan Bango Kecap Manis, garam, dan merica bubuk, aduk rata. Masak sampai santan sedikit meresap ke ayam.
Tuangkan santan kental. Masak sampai kental.
