4 buah tahu putih, belah 2 segitiga
1 bungkus
3 buah cabai rawit merah
65 ml santan instan
1 batang serai
600 ml air
Langkah Membuat Opor Tahu Tempe :
Rebus air bersama santan, Bango Bumbu Kuliner Nusantara Opor Khas Cepu, cabai rawit, dan serai sambil terus diaduk hingga mendidih.
Masukkan tempe dan tahu, masak sambil sesekali diaduk perlahan supaya santan tidak pecah.
Masak hingga meresap. Angkat dan sajikan.
