Bahan Membuat Opor Daging Sapi :
500 g daging sapi bagian sengkel, potong dadu 4 cm
1200 ml air
200 g labu siam, potong korek api
2 bungkus
65 ml santan instan
3 cm lengkuas, memarkan
2 batang serai, memarkan
2 lembar daun salam
4 lembar daun jeruk
2 sdm minyak, untuk menumis
Langkah Membuat Opor Daging Sapi :
Panaskan minyak, tumis lengkuas, serai, daun salam, dan daun jeruk hingga harum. Masukkan Bango Bumbu Kuliner Nusantara Opor Ayam Khas Cepu, aduk.
Masukkan daging sapi, aduk hingga berubah warna. Tuang air, masak hingga daging setengah empuk.
Masukkan labu siam dan santan, masak sambil sesekali diaduk hingga daging empuk.
Angkat dan sajikan.
