Bahan Membuat Pepes Jamur :
- 100 gr jamur kancing, iris-iris
- 100 gr tahu cina
- 1 btr telur
- 1 btg daun bawang, iris-iris
- 1 bh cabai merah, iris serong
- 4 bh daun jeruk, iris tipis
- 1 bks Masako® Rasa Ayam 11 gr
- 6 lbr daun pisang
Langkah Membuat Pepes Jamur :
Iris daun bawang, jamur, cabai, dan daun jeruk.
Haluskan tahu, masukkan daun bawang, cabai, jamur, daun jeruk, telur, dan Masako® Rasa Ayam , aduk rata.
Bungkus adonan hingga habis dengan daun pisang.
Kukus hingga matang, angkat dan sajikan.
