Bahan Membuat Pindang Bandeng Pedas :
500 g bandeng, bersihkan, potong 4 bagian
1 sdm air asam jawa
½ sdt garam
1 lembar daun salam
2 cm lengkuas, memarkan
2 batang serai, memarkan
1.5 sdt
2 sdm
1 sdt garam
½ sdt merica putih bubuk
5 buah belimbing wuluh, belah 4 memanjang
1 L air
Langkah Membuat Pindang Bandeng Pedas :
Lumuri bandeng dengan air asam jawa dan garam.
Rebus bumbu bakar, daun salam, lengkuas dan serai sampai mendidih dan harum.
Masukkan bandeng, Royco Kaldu Ayam, Bango Kecap Manis, garam, dan merica bubuk. Masak hingga matang.
Tambahkan belimbing wuluh. Didihkan. Angkat.
Sajikan segera ditemani nasi putih.
