Waktu Memasak : 90 Menit
Bahan Membuat Pindang Kambing :
500 g daging kambing, potong dadu 3 cm
2 L air
4 lembar daun salam
3 cm lengkuas, memarkan
6 butir bawang merah, iris tipis
5 siung bawang putih, iris tipis
2 sdt garam
5 sdm Kecap Manis Bango
8 buah cabai rawit merah, memarkan
4 buah cabai rawit hijau, memarkan
Langkah Membuat Pindang Kambing :
Rebus daging kambing di dalam 1 L air dan 2 lembar daun salam hingga matang. Angkat, tiriskan.
Rebus kembali daging kambung dengan sisa air, daun salam, dan lengkuas. Masak hingga daging empuk.
Tambahkan bawang merah dan bawang putih, didihkan.
Masukkan garam, Kecap Manis Bango, cabai rawit merah, dan cabai rawit hijau. Aduk rata. Didihkan. Angkat. Sajikan hangat.
