Bahan Membuat Pindang Bandeng :
- 600 gr Ikan Bandeng, bersihkan, potong
- ½ sdt Garam
- 2 sdt Air Asam
- 1 ltr Air
- 10 bh Cabai Rawit Utuh
- 2 lbr Daun Salam
- 1 btg Serai, memarkan
- 2 sdm Kecap Manis
- 5 bh Belimbing Sayur, potong
- 2 ½ sdt Garam
- 1 sdt Air Asam Jawa
- 1 ½ sdt AJI-NO-MOTO®
Bumbu Halus :
- 7 siung Bawang Merah, bakar
- 4 siung Bawang Putih, bakar
- 3 bh Cabai Merah, bakar
- 3 cm Kunyit, bakar
- 1 cm Jahe, bakar
- 2 cm Lengkuas, bakar
Langkah Membuat Pindang Bandeng :
Lumuri bandeng dengan air asam dan garam. Diamkan selama 15 menit.
Didihkan air, kemudian masukkan bumbu halus, daun salam dan serai. Masak hingga bumbu harum.
Masukkan ikan, kecap manis, asam jawa, belimbing sayur, cabai rawit utuh, garam, dan AJI-NO-MOTO®. Masak dengan api sedang sampai matang dan meresap.
