Bahan Membuat Sate Ayam Ponorogo :
250 gr ayam fillet (potong serong)
1 sachet Saus Tiram Selera
2 sendok makan kecap manis
1 sendok teh jinten halus
5 lembar daun jeruk, diiris halus
2 sendok makan madu
10 buah cabe rawit, diiris
8 siung bawang merah, diiris halus
1 buah tomat (buang bijinya, dipotong kotak)
2 buah jeruk limau (dibelah, buang bijinya)
kecap manis secukupnya
Langkah Membuat Sate Ayam Ponorogo :
Rendam ayam fillet dengan campuran Saus Tiram Selera, kecap manis, jinten dan daun jeruk. Tambahkan madu. Aduk rata dan rendam selama 15 menit atau lebih.
Tusuk daging dengan tusukan sate. Panggang sate hingga matang. Sisihkan.
Campur semua bahan hingga rata. Sisihkan.
Sajikan Sate Ayam Ponorogo dengan nasi dan sambal kecap.
