Waktu berlalu namun tapi sate taichan tetap tidak ada matinya. Resep mudah dan bahan bahannya tak sulit didapat. Yuk, ikuti cara membuatnya berikut

Bahan Membuat Sate Taichan :
600 g fillet dada ayam, potong kotak 1,5 cm
6 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
4 buah jeruk nipis, ambil airnya
2 sdt
½ sdt garam
½ sdt merica putih bubuk
3 sdm minyak
12 buah cabai rawit merah, rebus
½ sdt garam
2 buah jeruk limau, ambil airnya
Langkah Membuat Sate Taichan :
Lumuri daging ayam dengan Royco Kaldu Ayam, bawang putih, merica dan jeruk nipis secara merata. Diamkan dalam kulkas selama satu jam.
Tusukkan 3-4 potong daging ayam ke tusukan satai.
Panaskan wajan pemanggang, olesi dengan minyak. Panggang satai di atas grill pan sambil sesekali dibolak-balik hingga matang. Angkat, sisihkan.
Sambal: Ulek cabai dan garam hingga halus. Kucuri dengan air jeruk limau, aduk rata.
Sajikan satai bersama sambal pelengkap.
