Waktu Memasak : 60 Menit
Bahan Membuat Sate Daging Bumbu Kelapa :
500 g daging sapi has dalam, potong 2x1 cm
½ butir kelapa setengah tua, parut kasar, sangrai
5 sdm Bango Kecap Manis
3 sdm minyak
Tusuk sate, rendam dalam air es
Bumbu, haluskan:
8 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
3 buah cabai merah
1 sdm ketumbar butiran, sangrai
1 sdm asam jawa, larutkan dengan 2 sdm air panas
1 sdt garam
½ sdt merica putih bubuk
Langkah Membuat Sate Daging Bumbu Kelapa :
Campur bumbu halus dengan kelapa sangrai, Bango Kecap Manis, dan minyak, aduk rata.
Masukkan daging sapi, aduk rata. Diamkan selama 30 menit.
Tusukkan daging ke dalam tusuk sate masing-masing 4 potong daging per tusuk.
Panggang di atas wajan grill atau bara api hingga matang. Angkat. Sajikan.
