Bahan Membuat Sate Daging Sukiyaki :
100 gram daging sapi slice
3 batang daun bawang bagian bawah (iris 2 ruas jari)
1 bungkus Kobe Bumbu Nasi Goreng Poll Ayaaam (20gr)
minyak goreng
3 buah tusuk sate
30 gram timun (buang isinya, serut)
30 gram wortel kupas (kupas, serut)
30 gram kol (rajang)
2 sendok makan mayonese
1 bungkus BonCabe level 15, rasa Original
Langkah Membuat Sate Daging Sukiyaki :
Campurkan setengah Kobe Bumbu Nasi Goreng Poll Ayaaam dan minyak. Aduk rata.
Lumuri daging sapi slice dan daun bawang dengan bumbu di atas.
Panggang daging dan daun bawang yang sudah dibumbui hingga matang.
Gulung daun bawang dengan daging slice. Tusuk dengan tusuk sate.
Panggang sebentar dan olesi dengan sisa bumbu. Angkat dan sisihkan.
Campurkan semua bahan salad.
Tambahkan mayonese.
Taburkan BonCabe level 1
