Waktu Memasak : 40 menit
Bahan Membuat Sate Lilit :
250 gr ikan tenggiri giling
100 gr udang (cincang kasar)
1 butir putih telur
1 bungkus Kobe Bumbu Kalasan (80 gr)
1 bungkus Kobe Tepung Bumbu Putih (75 gr)
4 buah daun kucai, iris halus
9 batang serai utuh (ambil batangnya)
1 sachet BonCabe level 10, rasa Bawang Goreng (7,5 gr)
Langkah Membuat Sate Lilit :
Campur ikan tenggiri, udang dan putih telur hingga rata.
Tambahkan 2 sendok makan Kobe Bumbu Kalasan, 2 sendok makan Kobe Tepung Bumbu Putih, dan kucai. Aduk rata.
Lilitkan adonan pada batang serai. Bakar hingga berubah warna.
Sate Lilit siap dihidangkan dengan taburan BonCabe level
