Bahan Membuat Sate Maranggi :
400 gram daging sapi
1 sachet Saus Tiram Selera
3 sendok makan minyak goreng
1 sendok makan gula merah
1 sachet BonCabe level 15, rasa Original
kecap manis secukupnya
1 buah jeruk nipis
3 buah bawang merah
2 buah bawang putih
1 sendok teh jahe
1 sendok teh lengkuas
1 sendok teh air asam jawa
1 sendok teh Lada Kobe
Langkah Membuat Sate Maranggi :
Potong daging sapi kotak-kotak. Sisihkan.
Tumis bumbu halus. Tambahkan Saus Tiram Selera dan gula merah. Setelah dingin campurkan dengan daging. Aduk rata dan diamkan sesaat hingga bumbu meresap.
Tusuk daging di tusuk sate. Bakar hingga matang.
Campurkan BonCabe level 15, kecap manis dan jeruk nipis. Sajikan sate dengan sambal kecap.
