Waktu Memasak : 30 Menit
Bahan Membuat Sate Tempe Manis :
- 400 gr tempe, potong dadu 2 cm
- 2 lbr daun jeruk
- Garam dan merica secukupnya
- 6 sdm kecap manis
- 2 sdm air asam jawa
- 2 sdm minyak goreng
- 1/2 bks Masako® Rasa Sapi 11 gr
Bumbu halus :
- 5 bh cabai merah
- 5 btr kemiri sangrai
- 2 btg serai, ambil bagian putihnya, memarkan
- 1 sdt terasi
- 1 sdm ketumbar
Langkah Membuat Sate Tempe Manis :
Tumis bumbu halus hingga setengah matang. Masukkan daun jeruk, kecap manis, air asam jawa, dan 100 ml air.
Masukkan potongan tempe, tambahkan Masako® Rasa Sapi, serta garam dan merica. Aduk rata. Biarkan selama 30 menit hingga bumbu meresap.
Tusukkan tempe pada tusukan sate, lalu bakar sambil diolesi sisa bumbu hingga matang. Sajikan.
