Bahan Membuat Sate Umbi Crispy :
- 50 g Ubi ungu kukus
- 50 g Labu kuning kukus
- 50 g Talas kukus
- 1 bks Sajiku® Tepung Bumbu (80g)
- Minyak goreng secukupnya
Pelengkap :
8 bh Tusuk sate
Langkah Membuat Sate Umbi Crispy :
Potong dadu labu kuning, talas, dan ubi ungu.
Tusuk talas, labu kuning, dan ubi ungu selang-seling.
Siapkan Sajiku® Tepung Bumbu dalam wadah. Adonan basah: campur 4 sdm air dengan 4 sdm tepung Sajiku®® di wadah lainnya.
Balut Sate Umbi ke adonan basah dan adonan kering, remas remas, ketuk, langsung goreng hingga kuning keemasan.
