Bahan Membuat Sate Usus Goreng Pedas :
250 gram usus ayam yang sudah direbus dan dipotong-potong.
1 sachet BonCabe level 15, rasa Original (7gr)
1 buah tomat ukuran sedang dipotong-potong
1 ruas jari jahe yang digeprek
air secukupnya
gula secukupnya
minyak goreng secukupnya
1 bungkus Kobe Terasi Bubuk
1 bungkus Kobe Tepung Serbaguna Special (210gr)
10 tusuk sate
Langkah Membuat Sate Usus Goreng Pedas :
Tumis tomat, jahe dan BonCabe hingga harum.
Tambahkan usus, air, gula dan terasi. Masak hingga matang.
Tusuk dengan tusukan sate. Celup dalam adonan basah tepung.
Dari adonan basah, gulirkan sate ke tepung kering.
Goreng hingga kuning kecoklatan.
Sajikan selagi hangat.
