Bahan Membuat Sop Iga Sapi :
- 350 gr Iga Sapi Rebus
- 1 bh Kentang Kupas
- 50 gr Wortel
- 2 btg Daun Bawang
- 1 ruas Jahe
- 1 btg Seledri
- 1 bh Tomat
- 1 bks Sajiku® Sayur Sop
- 3 sdm Minyak Goreng
- 600 ml Air
Langkah Membuat Sop Iga Sapi :
Keprek jahe, potong tomat, wortel, kentang, dan daun bawang.
Panaskan minyak goreng, masukkan daun bawang, iga sapi rebus, lalu tumis hingga berubah warna.
Masukkan air, seledri, wortel, kentang dan Sajiku® Sayur Sop, aduk rata lalu masak hingga matang.
Masukkan tomat dan sajikan.
