Bahan Membuat Soto Bandung :
350 g daging sapi has dalam, potong dadu
1.5 L air
3 cm jahe, memarkan
2 lembar daun salam
1 batang serai
150 g lobak, iris bulat tipis
1 batang bawang daun, iris tipis
1 batang seledri, iris tipis
2 sdt
50 g kacang kedelai goreng
8 butir bawang merah
5 siung bawang putih
1 sdt merica putih bubuk
1 sdt garam
2 sdm air matang
Langkah Membuat Soto Bandung :
Rebus daging sapi dalam panci hingga matang danempuk. Angkat dan sisihkan.
Panaskan minyak di wajan. Tumis bumbu halus, jahe, daun salam, dan serai hingga harum dan matang.
Masukkan bumbu halus ke dalam panci berisi kaldu dan daging, aduk. Panaskan kembali kaldu, masukkan potongan lobak dan Royco Kaldu Sapi. Masak hingga mendidih dan bumbu meresap ke dalam kaldu.
Taburkan bawang daun dan seledri, aduk. Angkat dan sajikan.
