Bahan Membuat Soto Pekalongan :
500 g daging sapi has dalam, potong dadu
2 L air
3 cm jahe
4 sdm taoco
5 lembar daun jeruk
1 batang serai
2 sdm
2 sdt
1 sdt garam
2 sdt gula pasir
½ sdt merica putih bubuk
10 butir bawang merah
6 siung bawang putih
2 buah cabai merah
1 sdt kunyit bubuk
1 sdt minyak
1 taoge
1 telur ayam rebus
1 jeruk nipis
1 daun seledri
1 bawang merah goreng
Langkah Membuat Soto Pekalongan :
Rebus daging sapi hingga empuk. Angkat. Sisihkan.
Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum. Masukkan jahe, taoco, daun jeruk, dan serai. Angkat.
Panaskan kembali air rebusan daging bersama bumbu halus, garam, merica, gula, dan Royco Kaldu Sapi. Aduk rata. Masukkan Bango Kecap Manis, aduk rata. Angkat.
Sajikan Soto Pekalongan bersama pelengkapnya.
