Waktu Memasak : 45 menit
Bahan Membuat Soto Bandung :
400 gram daging sapi
800 ml air
2 lembar daun salam
2 batang serai (memarkan)
2 lembar daun jeruk
2 cm jahe (geprek)
2 cm lengkuas (geprek)
1 sachet Lada Kobe
1 sachet Saus Tiram Selera
4 siung bawang putih (haluskan)
biji pala halus
1 buah lobak putih (potong-potong)
garam secukupnya
gula secukupnya
1 bungkus soun
kacang kedelai goreng secukupnya
bawang goreng secukupnya
1 buah jeruk nipis
bawang seledri secukupnya
Langkah Membuat Soto Bandung :
Panaskan air, rebus daging sampai empuk dan air menjadi kaldu. Angkat daging dan potong-potong.
Masukkan daun salam, serai, daun jeruk, jahe dan lengkuas ke dalam air rebusan daging.
Tumis bawang putih dan biji pala. Masukkan ke dalam rebusan air kaldu. Tambahkan Lada Kobe dan Saus Tiram Selera. Aduk rata.
Tambahkan garam dan gula. Aduk rata dan cek rasa.
Ambil mangkuk. Tambahkan bahan pelengkap dan daging. Tuang kuah.
Sajikan selagi hangat.
