Bahan Membuat Soto Betawi :
- 400 gr Daging Jeroan Sapi Rebus
- 2 ruas Kunyit
- 5 bh Kemiri
- 1 btg Serai
- 1 cm Jahe
- 2 cm Lengkuas
- 5 siung Bawang Merah
- 3 siung Bawang Putih
- 5 lbr Daun Jeruk Purut
- 1 bks Masako® Rasa Sapi 11 gr
- 1 ltr Santan Encer
- 5 sdm Minyak Goreng
Pelengkap:
- Kentang Goreng Potong Dadu
- Tomat
- Emping
- Acar
- Sambal
Langkah Membuat Soto Betawi :
Keprek lengkuas dan serai, sisihkan.
Buat bumbu halus: Haluskan kemiri, bawang merah, bawang putih, jahe, dan kunyit.
Panaskan minyak goreng, masukkan bumbu halus, serai, lengkuas, dan daun jeruk purut. Masak hingga harum.
Masukkan santan encer, daging dan jeroan sapi rebus, tambahkan 1 bks Masako® Rasa Sapi (11 gr), aduk rata masak hingga matang.
