Bahan Membuat Tom Yam Seafood Pedas :
1 bks Kobe Bumbu Nasi Goreng Poll Pedas
6 bh udang (ukuran sedang)
100 gr cumi-cumi (dipotong cincin)
100 gr jamur merang (potong sesuai selera)
4 lbr daun jeruk
800 ml air kaldu udang
2 btr jeruk nipis
2 batang sereh (dimemarkan)
2 ibu jari lengkuas (dimemarkan)
daun bawang secukupnya
daun seledri secukupnya
Langkah Membuat Tom Yam Seafood Pedas :
Rebus air kaldu udang dan semua bahan (kecuali jeruk nipis) sampai matang
Tuang Kobe Bumbu Nasi Goreng Poll Pedas. Aduk rata.
Beri perasan jeruk nipis setelah matang
Sajikan selagi hangat
