Bahan Membuat Tom Yum Seafood :
- 8 bh udang kupas
- 4 bh bakso ikan
- 4 bh jamur kancing kupas
- 8 lbr daun jeruk
- 1 btg serai
- 4 sdm air jeruk nipis
- 4 bh cabai keriting merah dihaluskan
- 2 sdt AJI-NO-MOTO®
- 1 sdm gula pasir
- 1 sdt garam
- 700 ml air
- 2 sdm minyak goreng
Langkah Membuat Tom Yum Seafood :
Keprek serai, potong jamur kancing menjadi 2 bagian, dan potong bakso ikan menjadi 4 bagian, sisihkan.
Panaskan minyak goreng, masukkan cabai keriting merah halus, aduk rata.
Masukkan air, serai, daun jeruk, bakso ikan, jamur kancing, dan air jeruk nipis, aduk rata.
Tambahkan, garam, gula pasir, dan 2 sdt AJI-NO-MOTO® aduk rata.
Masukkan udang kupas, masak hingga matang. Angkat dan sajikan.
