Bahan Membuat Tongkol Pedas Manis :
Bumbu:
3 butir bawang putih
1 buah bawang bombay
4 buah cabai hijau
3 buah cabai rawit
2 sdm Kecap Bango
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
Gula jawa
Bahan:
6 buah ikan tongkol ukuran kecil
Minyak untuk menggoreng
200ml air putih
Langkah Membuat Tongkol Pedas Manis :
Goreng ikan tongkol hingga kecoklatan, tiriskan.
Tumis bawang putih, bawang bombay, cabai hingga harum, lalu masukkan air.
Kemudian masukkan gula jawa, kecap Bango & merica.
Masukkan ikan tongkol.
Masak hingga airnya tinggal sedikit.
Angkat dan sajikan.
