Bahan Membuat Tongseng Ayam Pedas :
3 buah dada ayam
500 ml santan
300 g kol
2 batang bawang daun
15 buah cabai rawit merah
3 buah tomat hijau
½ buah jeruk nipis
2 batang serai, memarkan
1 ruas lengkuas, memarkan
4 lembar daun salam
2 lembar daun jeruk
2 sdm
2 sdm
1 sdm gula pasir
1 air
1 minyak sayur
8 butir bawang merah
6 siung bawang putih
5 buah cabai merah
5 butir kemiri, sangrai
1 sdm ketumbar, sangrai
1 sdt merica, sangrai
½ sdt jintan, sangrai
1 ruas kunyit, bakar
3 cm jahe
Langkah Membuat Tongseng Ayam Pedas :
Cuci ayam sampai bersih dan potong kecil. Rendam dengan air jeruk nipis kurang lebih 10 menit. Tumis bumbu halus sampai wangi, masukkan daun jeruk, daun salam, serai dan lengkuas
Masukkan ayam dan aduk perlahan. Lalu masukkan air, santan, Bango Kecap Manis, Royco Kaldu Ayam, dan gula pasir. Masak kuah hingga mendidih dan mengental.
Terakhir masukkan cabai rawit, kol, tomat dan bawang daun. Aduk rata, angkat, dan sajikan dengan taburan bawang merah goreng.
