Bahan Membuat Tongseng Daging Sapi :
500 g daging sapi
3 buah bunga lawang
3 buah cengkih
2 buah serai, memarkan
2 lengkuas, memarkan
2 lembar daun salam
4 lembar daun jeruk
2 buah tomat, potong-potong
4 sdm
1.5 sdt
1.5 kayu manis
1.5 garam
1.5 gula
1.5 cabai rawit
1.5 kol, potong-potong
1.5 minyak sayur
500 ml santan
8 butir bawang merah
6 siung bawang putih
3 buah cabai merah
3 ketumbar
3 merica putih bubuk
3 butir kemiri
3 jintan
Langkah Membuat Tongseng Daging Sapi :
Potong-potong daging kemudian cuci bersih dan rebus sampai empuk. Tiriskan dan sisihkan.
Tumis bumbu halus sampai mewangi bersama daun jeruk, daun salam, serai dan lengkuas. Tambahkan daging sapi aduk rata dan tuangkan santan.
Setelah santan mendidih masukkan cengkih, bunga lawang, kayu manis, Royco Kaldu Sapi, garam, gula dan Bango Kecap Manis. Aduk rata dan koreksi rasa.
Terakhir tambahkan kol dan tomat. Aduk-aduk sejenak. Matikan kompor dan taburi cabai rawit. Hidangkan hangat.
