Bahan Membuat Tongseng Khas Solo :
2 sdm minyak, untuk menumis
400 g daging kambing tanpa lemak, potong dadu
865 ml santan encer
2 lembar daun salam
1 batang serai, memarkan
1 lembar daun jeruk
200 g kol, iris tipis
1 buah tomat, potong-potong

Langkah Membuat Tongseng Khas Solo :
Panaskan wajan, tumis Bango Bumbu Kuliner Nusantara Tongseng Khas Solo dan daging kambing hingga berubah warna.
Masukkan santan, daun salam, serai, dan daun jeruk, aduk rata. Masak hingga daging empuk dan kuah menyusut setengahnya.
