Bahan Membuat Tongseng Daging Tomat :
- 500 gr Daging sapi sandung lamur
- 10bh Cabai rawit
- 100 gr Kol
- 5bh Tomat hijau
- 2 sdm Bubuk kari
- 6 sdm Kecap manis
- 1 bks Masako® Rasa Sapi 11 gr
- 1 L Air
- 5 sdm Minyak goreng
Langkah Membuat Tongseng Daging Tomat :
Potong potong kol dan tomat.
Tumis daging sapi hingga berubah warna. Masukkan kari bubuk, aduk rata hingga harum.
Masukkan air, kecap manis, dan Masako® Rasa Sapi, aduk rata.
Masukkan kol, tomat hijau, dan cabai rawit, aduk rata, masak hingga matang, angkat, dan sajikan.
