Waktu Memasak : 75 Menit
Bahan Membuat Gulai Kambing :
300 g daging kambing, potong dadu 3 cm
1 batang serai, memarkan
4 lembar daun jeruk
1 sdm air asam jawa
3 sdm Kecap Manis Bango
1 ½ L santan encer dari 1 butir kelapa
4 sdm minyak, untuk menumis
Bumbu, haluskan:
2 sdt garam
½ sdt merica putih bubuk
6 butir bawang merah
4 siuang bawang putih
2 buah cabai hijau
3 buah cabai merah
3 butir kemiri, sangrai
¼ sdt jintan
¼ sdt adas
1 cm jahe
2 butir cengkih
3 cm kayu manis
1 butir kapulaga
2 cm kunyit
Langkah Membuat Gulai Kambing :
Panaskan minyak di dalam panci. Tumis bumbu halus, serai, dan daun jeruk hingga harum.
Masukkan air asam dan daging kambing, aduk rata. Masak hingga berubah warna.
Tambahkan Kecap Manis Bango dan santan. Masak hingga matang dan daging empuk sambil sesekali diaduk. Angkat.
Sajikan hangat ditemani roti jala atau ketupat.
