Bahan Membuat Krengsengan Ceker Pedas :
25 buah ceker ayam (600 g), memarkan
2 cm jahe, memarkan
1 L air
2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
½ buah bawang bombay, cincang halus
4 buah cabai rawit merah, iris tipis
1 sdm kecap asin
2 sdm
¼ sdt garam
1 sdt merica hitam butiran, tumbuk kasar
1 batang daun bawang, iris serong
2 sdm margarin, untuk menumis
Langkah Membuat Krengsengan Ceker Pedas :
Rebus kaki ayam, jahe, dan air hingga matang. Tiriskan. Sisihkan kaldunya 400 ml.
Panaskan margarin. Tumis bawang putih, bawang bombay, dan cabai rawit merah sampai harum.
Masukkan ceker ayam. Aduk rata.
Tambahkan kecap asin, Bango Kecap Manis , garam, dan merica hitam. Aduk rata.
Tuang air kaldu ayam sedikit-sedikit dan masak sampai meresap.
Masukkan daun bawang. Aduk rata.
