Bahan Membuat Krengsengan Daging Kambing :
500 g daging kambing, potong
1 buah tomat, potong dadu
3 buah cabai merah, buang biji dan iris
2 sdm
500 ml susu rendah lemak
200 ml air
1.25 sdt
¼ sdt merica putih bubuk
3 sdm minyak goreng
8 buah bawang merah
4 siung bawang putih
3 buah cabai merah keriting
3 buah cabai rawit merah
1 cm jahe
1 sdm gula merah, sisir
Langkah Membuat Krengsengan Daging Kambing :
Lumuri daging kambing dengan bumbu halus. Diamkan 15 menit.
Tumis daging yang sudah berbumbu, masak hingga berubah warna. Tambahkan tomat dan cabai merah. Aduk rata.
Tuangkan air dan susu secara bertahap. Tambahkan Royco Kaldu Ayam, Bango Kecap Manis, dan merica. Aduk rata.
Masak hingga bumbu meresap dan kuah mengental, lalu sajikan.
