Bahan Membuat Krengsengan Iga Sapi :
500 g iga sapi, potong-potong
5 sdm
20 buah cabai rawit merah
4 cm lengkuas, memarkan
1 buah tomat, potong dadu
1 L air
5 sdm minyak sayur
10 buah cabai merah keriting
6 siung bawang putih
3 butir bawang merah
2 cm jahe
1 cm kunyit
1.5 sdt garam
1 sdt lada putih bubuk
Langkah Membuat Krengsengan Iga Sapi :
Di dalam wadah, aduk rata iga sapi dan Bango Kecap Manis. Diamkan selama 30 menit.
Di dalam wajan, panaskan minyak di atas api sedang. Tumis bumbu halus dan lengkuas hingga matang.
Masukkan iga sapi, tumis hingga tidak berair. Tuangkan air, masak hingga iga empuk dan air berkurang setengahnya.
Masukkan tomat dan cabai rawit. Masak sebentar dan angkat.
Sajikan segera ditemani nasi putih.
