Bahan Membuat Rujak Kangkung :
2 ikat kangkung
5 buah tahu kuning, potong dadu dan goreng
100 g taoge, rendam air panas selama 1 menit
1 buah mentimun, potong tipis
3 buah cabai merah keriting
10 buah cabai rawit merah
200 g gula merah, sisir
½ sdt terasi
½ sdt air asam jawa
½ sdt
Langkah Membuat Rujak Kangkung :
Rebus kangkung hingga matang selama 2 menit, lalu angkat dan tiriskan.
Haluskan cabai rawit dan cabai merah keriting, terasi, RoycoKaldu Ayam, dan gula merah dengan blender. Kemudiantambahkan air asam jawa. Aduk hingga rata.
Campur kangkung rebus, taoge, mentimun, tahu dengan bumbu rujak, kemudian aduk rata. Sajikan.
