Waktu Memasak : 30 menit
Bahan Membuat Rujak Serut :
100 gram kacang tanah goreng
1/2 sendok teh garam
200 gram gula merah (disisir)
5 sendok makan air asam
150 ml air
1 bungkus BonCabe level 15, rasa Original (7gr)
1 buah nanas madu (kupas dan cuci bersih lalu potong kecil-kecil)
1 buah bengkuang (kupas dan cuci bersih lalu serut)
1 buah wortel (kupas dan cuci bersih lalu serut)
2 buah mangga muda (kupas dan cuci bersih lalu serut)
Langkah Membuat Rujak Serut :
Haluskan kacang tanah, garam, gula merah hingga halus.
Tambahkan air asam, air dan BonCabe Level 1

Aduk rata dan sisihkan.
Campur semua buah-buahan menjadi satu.
Tuang ke dalam bumbu rujak. Aduk hingga rata.
Rujak Serut siap di hidangkan.
