Langkah Membuat Rawon Khas Malang :
Didihkan air, masukkan daging. Masak hingga daging empuk dan kaldunya menyusut menjadi 1 liter. Angkat dan sisihkan.

Tuang kaldu, masak hingga kaldu menyusut menjadi 400 ml. Angkat. Sajikan bersama nasi hangat dan pelengkap.
